Columbia Business Consultants (CBC) was formed to assist business owners in achieving their goals for their company.  CBC leverages the experiences, insights, knowledge and network that owner Jeff Fagg obtained over a 40 year banking career working with clients ranging from family businesses to some of the largest food companies in the Pacific Northwest.  CBC is comfortable working with all business types but specializes in Agribusiness and Agricultural operations

Starts with an assessment of your business and an independent report card of the various areas of operations.  Once areas of strengths and weaknesses are identified, recommendations to leverage strengths and improve weaknesses will be discussed and put into play.  Key performance indicators can be identified and monitored to access results and progress.  If desired, CBC can continue to work with the client until the desired results are achieved.

CBC can work with a client and their management team and or board of directors to map out 3, 5 and 10 year strategic plans.  Plans will be working documents with actionable items and timeframes to help keep the business on track.  The process includes a lot of interaction with stakeholders and strives to get all key players working toward a shared end result.

The planning process can look at several different alternatives for your business.  These alternatives will usually fall into either growth initiatives or rightsizing initiatives.
